Inovis has more than 20 years of history as a pioneer and leading innovator in the supply chain and EDI marketplaces. The company's heritage dates back to 1983 in Atlanta, Georgia, with the creation of Harbinger*EDI Services, a highly successful, early pioneer of products and services for B2B solutions. As the successor to Harbinger (itself comprised of SupplyTech; a division of Texas Instruments; Premenos; and Extricity), Inovis became a commercial entity in 2002, when the assets of the Peregrine Supply Chain Enablement Group were acquired by Golden Gate Capital and Cerberus Capital Management.
